2023年７月に行った食事調査において、食物繊維やレチノール、ビタミンCなどの不足を認めた。そこで本研究では、それら不足する栄養素を野菜・野菜ジュースで補い、抗酸化能および心理的な効果を検証することを目的とする。

A dietary survey conducted in July 2023 observed deficiencies in dietary fiber, retinol, vitamin C, etc. were observed. Therefore, this study aims to supplement these deficient nutrients with vegetables and vegetable juices and examine their antioxidant capacity and psychological effects.
