PCI施行の狭心症症例において、新規作用機序のエボロクマブを使用することによる積極的な脂質管理がPCI施行時の動脈硬化巣への変化や心筋障害の軽減にどのような影響を与えるかを検討することは、有用であると考えられる。

It would be useful to examine the impact of aggressive lipid management with the use of evolocumab, a novel mechanism of action, on changes to atherosclerotic foci and reduction of myocardial damage during PCI in patients with angina pectoris undergoing PCI.

診断のための冠動脈造影検査の際に、病変部をNIRS-IVUSで観察した冠動脈有意狭窄を有する症例

coronary artery disease patients with significant stenotic lesions who performed NIRS-IVUS at the target lesions at the time of coronary angiography for diagnosis
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

ACS症例、CTO病変、NIRS-IVUSでの追跡ができなかった症例

We excluded patients with acute coronary syndrome, chronic total occlusion, patients who could not be followed with NIRS-IVUS
