多発肋骨骨折患者が受ける一連の治療経過（神経ブロック、内固定または外固定）が、肺内換気分布及び呼吸機能にどのような効果をもたらすかを調べる。

多発肋骨患者に実施される治療（内固定、外固定、神経ブロック）前後の肺内換気分布割合（％）の変化をElectrical Impedance Tomography（EIT）より算出し評価する

Calculate and evaluate using Electrical Impedance Tomography (EIT) the percent change in intrapulmonary ventilation distribution before and after treatment (internal fixation, external fixation, nerve block) performed on patients with multiple rib fractures.

①片側３本以上の肋骨骨折
②研究参加について本人または代諾者から文書で同意が得られている

More than 3 rib fractures on one side
Written consent for participation in the study has been obtained from the individual or a surrogate

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 高用量カテコラミン投与が必要な低血圧がある
2) GCS（Glasgow Coma Scale：意識障害の評価指標）≦8の患者
3) 胸壁の著明な外傷、脳・脊髄損傷がある
4) ペースメーカを挿入している患者

A patient with Glasgow Coma Scale<8
Severe trauma to the chest wall, brain, and spinal cord injury.
A patient with Implanted pacemaker
