本研究の目的は、消化管内視鏡の中等度鎮静と外科手術の全身麻酔における適切な管理手法を探求することである。

The aim of this study is to explore appropriate management methods for moderate sedation in gastrointestinal endoscopy and general anesthesia in surgical operations.

患者のバイタルサインや脳波、薬剤の使用量などを評価し、効果的な鎮静と麻酔の方法を追求する。さらに、手術室内の環境（音楽など）が鎮静深度や麻酔に及ぼす影響を明らかにし、術後せん妄の発生要因も総合的に評価する。これにより、より適切な鎮静のモニタリング手法や手術室・処置室内の環境の最適化の可能性を探り、より良い鎮静を実現することを目指す。

It evaluates patients' vital signs, brain waves, and the amount of medication used, pursuing effective methods of sedation and anesthesia. Additionally, it investigates the impact of the operating room environment (such as music) on the depth of sedation and anesthesia, and comprehensively evaluates factors contributing to postoperative delirium. Through this, the study seeks to explore potential improvements in sedation monitoring methods and the optimization of the operating and procedure room environment, aiming to achieve better sedation.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1）東病院において中等度鎮静下で消化管内視鏡（検査・治療）を受ける患者。または、東病院におい
て全身麻酔の手術を受ける患者。
2) 同意取得時において年齢が20 歳以上の者。
3) 本研究の参加に関して、患者本人から文書で同意を得ている。

1) Patients at National Cancer Center Hospital East, undergoing gastrointestinal endoscopy (examination/treatment) under moderate sedation, or undergoing surgery under general anesthesia.
2) Individuals who are aged 20 years or older at the time of consent acquisition.
3) Patients who have provided written consent for participation in this study."
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
1) 難聴の患者（イヤホン型脳波計の動作確認で音響刺激への反応が不十分だった場合。）
2) 何らかの理由により研究責任者が不適当と判断した者。

1) Patients with hearing impairment (cases where the response to auditory stimuli was insufficient during the operational check of the earphone-type electroencephalogram device).
2) Individuals deemed inappropriate by the research director for any reason.
