１）近畿大学病院麻酔科においてパルス高周波治療が行われた患者
２）帯状疱疹後神経痛の患者

1) Patients treated with pulsed radiofrequency therapy at the Department of Anesthesiology, Kinki University Hospital
2) Patients with postherpetic neuralgia

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
１）AST（GOT）又はALT（GPT）が100 IU/L以上
2）Child-Pugh分類がB又はC
３）血清クレアチニンが2.0 mg/dL以上
４）心臓ペースメーカー、ICDを装着している者
５) 虚血性心疾患、不整脈、呼吸器疾患、感染症、代謝性疾患、自己免疫疾患の臨床歴
６）本研究に対する拒否の意思表示（口頭によるものを含む）をした患者
７）研究責任者が不適当と判断した患者
８) 自律神経作用薬、抗不整脈薬、ベンゾジアゼピン系薬物を内服している患者

1) AST (GOT) or ALT (GPT) > 100 IU/L
2) Child-Pugh classification B or C
3) Serum creatinine greater than 2.0 mg/dL
4) Patients with a cardiac pacemaker or ICD
5) Patients with a clinical history of ischemic heart disease, arrhythmia, respiratory disease, infectious disease, metabolic disease, or autoimmune disease
6) Patients who have expressed their refusal (including verbal refusal) to this study
7) Patients who are deemed inappropriate by the principal investigator
8) Patients who are taking autonomic nerve-acting drugs, anti-arrhythmic drugs, or benzodiazepines

慢性疼痛状態では、疼痛により自律神経のバランスが崩れ、心拍変動が低下すると考えられている。しかし、これらの慢性疼痛患者に対して、疼痛軽減の目的で治療を行うと、心拍変動はどのように変化するかは、明らかにされていない。
パルス高周波神経根ブロックを受けた慢性疼痛の一つであるヘルペス後神経痛患者の治療前後で心拍変動を測定し、自律神経のバランスの変化を明らかにする。

It is believed that in chronic pain conditions, pain causes autonomic imbalance and decreases heart rate variability. However, it is unclear how heart rate variability changes when these chronic pain patients are treated for the purpose of pain relief.
We will measure heart rate variability before and after treatment in patients with postherpetic neuralgia, one of the chronic pain conditions, who underwent pulsed high-frequency nerve root block, to clarify the changes in autonomic balance.
