本研究では、高齢者のスキンフレイルに対する薬用入浴液と薬用全身保湿乳液の併用使用による効果を検証し、スキンテアの予防に寄与することを目的とする。

The aim of this study is to examine the effects of the combined use of a medicated bath solution and a medicated full-body moisturising emulsion on skin flares in the elderly and to contribute to the prevention of skin flares.

ケアハウスに入所中で、自立もしくはケアスタッフの介助によって浴槽浴が可能である65歳以上の高齢者

Elderly people aged 65 and over who are in care homes and are able to bathe independently or with the assistance of care staff.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

皮膚に治療中の創傷がある。
入浴が困難である。
認知症と診断され、かつ同意能力の判断が難しい場合。

People with wounds on the skin that are undergoing treatment.
People who have difficulty bathing.
