選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1)20～60代の成人である男女
2)運動の実施頻度が週１回以下であるが、身体を動かす習慣および歩く時間の改善意向がある方
3)アミノ酸食品を知っているが、購入・継続利用していない方
4)試験期間中、活動量計の装着に同意いただける方
5)試験期間中の会場調査、追跡調査に参加し、活動量計の返却が可能である方
6)本人または家族が、製造業(飲料・食品)、卸売業、小売業、マスコミ業、広告業、メディア業、調査業、コンサルティング業、医療、製薬業に勤めていない方
7)研究参加について十分に理解した上、本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた方

1)Men and women between the ages of 20 and 69.
2)Exercise less than once a week, but are willing to improve their physical activity habits and walking time.
3)People who know about amino acid foods but do not purchase or continue using them.
4)Those who agree to wear an activity monitor during the test period.
5)Those who participate in the venue survey and follow-up survey during the exam period and are able to return the activity monitor.
6)Those who do not work in the manufacturing industry (beverage/food), wholesale industry, retail industry, mass media industry, advertising industry, media industry, research industry, consulting industry, medical care, or pharmaceutical industry.
7)Those who fully understand the research participation and have given their own voluntary written consent.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1)妊娠中、妊娠の可能性がある方
2)高血圧や心臓病を患っている方
3)骨折や関節の損傷がある方
4)平衡感覚が弱い、またはめまいがする方
5)重度の肥満の方
6)糖尿病の方
7)現在、何らかの食物アレルギーがある方
8)上記以外で研究責任者・責任医師が本研究の対象として不適当と認めた方

(1)Those who are pregnant or may become pregnant
(2)People with high blood pressure or heart disease
(3)Those with fractures or joint damage
(4)Those who have a weak sense of balance or feel dizzy
(5)Severely obese
(6)People with diabetes
(7)Those who currently have some kind of food allergy
(8)Persons other than those listed above who are deemed unsuitable as subjects for this study by the research director/responsible physician.
