日本語
胃腫瘍に対し内視鏡的粘膜下層剥離術を施行した後の粘膜欠損部に対して、当科で考案したClip with Line Pulley Securing(CLiPS)法で縫縮を行い、CLiPS法での縫縮の安全性と有効性を検討する。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
日本内視鏡学会（JGES）基準に基づき、早期胃癌もしくは、胃腺腫症に対しESDを行う症例。文書により臨床研究参加に同意を得たもの。

Cases in which ESD is performed for early gastric cancer or gastric adenoma based on the Japanese Endoscopy Society (JGES) standards. The applicant's consent to participate in clinical research is obtained in writing.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
重篤な合併症を有する症例。
切除後の粘膜欠損が食道と十二指腸に及ぶ症例。

英語
Cases with severe complications are excluded.Cases of mucosal defects extending into the esophagus and duodenum after resection.

内視鏡診断で早期胃癌もしくは胃腺腫を疑う病変を有する患者に対して試験は実施。

The study was conducted in patients with lesions suspected of early gastric cancer or gastric adenoma based on endoscopic diagnosis.

参加者の流れ/Participant flow

臨床試験審査委員会で承認の得られた説明文書・同意文書を患者さんに渡し、文書および口頭による十分な説明を行い、患者さんの自由意思による同意を文書で得る。

The approved written information and informed consent documents were provided to the patients, and sufficient explanations were given both in writing and verbally. Written informed consent was obtained from all patients based on their free will.
