目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
本研究は、従来の運動中心の介護予防プログラムに“作業機能障害”に焦点を当てた介護予防プログラム（自身の生活習慣や生活リズムを振り返ること、生活の目標を立てるなど）付加した介護予防プログラムのフレイルに対する予防効果について、3か月間の介入研究およびプログラム終了後3カ月・6カ月・1年・2年の追跡調査を実施し、明らかにする。

This study aims to clarify the preventive effect on frailty of a care-prevention programme that adds a care-prevention programme focusing on occupational dysfunction (e.g. reflecting on one's lifestyle and rhythm of life, setting goals for life, etc.) to the conventional exercise-based care-prevention programme.

改定日本版CHS基準，基本チェックリスト，日本語版UCLA孤独感尺度，日本語版Lubben Social Network Scale 短縮版
上記をプログラム前後，終了3か月後，6か月後，1年後，2年後に実施する．

The revised Japanese version of the Cardiovascular Health Study criteria, Kihon Checklist, UCLA Loneliness Scale, Lubben Social Network Scale-6.
The above evaluations are conducted before and after the program, as well as three months, six months, one year, and two years after the program ends.
