6カ月のコミュニケーション教育プログラムを受講する
プログラムには、オンデマンド講義、コミュニケーションのロールプレイ、プロセスレコード、グループワークが含まれる。

1）対象施設に勤務
2）がん看護経験2年
3）終末期がん患者へのケアを実施している看護師
終末期がん患者は概ね予後1年以内と見込まれており、根治を目的としない緩和的な化学療法や放射線療法などの治療を受けている場合も含める。

2) 2 years or more of cancer nursing experience
3) Nurses providing care to end-of-life stage cancer patients
End-of-life stage cancer patients are generally expected to have a prognosis of less than one year, and this includes patients receiving palliative treatments such as chemotherapy and radiation therapy that are not intended to be a complete cure.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

不安などの精神的理由、時間的拘束などの社会的な理由により研究参加が困難な者

Those who have difficulty participating in research due to psychological reasons such as anxiety or social reasons such as time constraints.
