②本試験の参加に当たり、文書による説明を受けた後、参加者本人の自由意思による同意が得られる方

1. Healthy male aged 20-59
2. Person who voluntarily give their consent to participate in the study after receiving written explanations.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
①　薬物アレルギー反応を起こしたことがある方
②　5大疾病（がん、脳卒中、急性心筋梗塞、糖尿病、精神院疾患）などを有し、医療機関で治療中、もしくは手術等を予定している方
③　その他遵守義務違反などにより研究責任者が研究参加に不適当と判断した方

1. Person who had a drug allergic reaction.
2. Person who has one of the five major diseases (cancer, stroke, acute myocardial infarction, diabetes, psychiatric disease) and are undergoing treatment at a medical institution or are planning surgery.
3. Person who is judged by the principal investigator to be inappropriate to participate in the research due to other reasons such as noncompliance with compliance obligations.
