主な結果/Results

日本語
「高齢者の難聴ケア教育プログラム」を作成し，介入群11施設・非介入群11施設に対し，クラスターランダム化比較試験を実施した．
『主要評価項目：難聴ケアの実施』の中でも「難聴スクリーニングの実施」において，オッズ比8.35（95％信頼区間3.60-19.34），p<0.001で有意に介入の効果があった．さらに，「難聴ケアに関する知識」において偏回帰係数3.34（95％信頼区間2.27-4.41），p<0.001で有意に介入の効果があった．「難聴ケアの実施に関する自信」は全6項目において有意に介入の効果があった．

We developed an Education program for the care of hearing loss in the elderly.The results showed that the intervention was significantly effective in terms of implementation of hearing screening within the primary evaluation item implementation of hearing care with an odds ratio of 8.35 (95% confidence interval 3.60-19.34), p<0.001.
