日本語
AIが内視鏡画像上に出現した病変をどのくらい早く検知し、私たちに知らせてくれるのかを検証すること。また、既報において病変を視認しやすくすることが示されているLinked Color Imaging（LCI）を併用しAIを用いた場合、その認知性は向上するのか（より速く検知し告知してくれるのか）を比較検討すること。

To verify how quickly AI can detect and notify us of lesions that appear on endoscopic images. In addition, to compare whether the use of AI in combination with Linked Color Imaging (LCI), which has been shown to make lesions more visible in previous reports, improves their visibility (faster detection and notification).

１）同意取得時に、年齢が20歳以上の患者
２）前処置を通常通りに実施できる患者
３）性別：不問
４）入院・外来：不問

1. Patients who are at least 20 years of age at the time consent is obtained
2. Patients who are able to perform the preparation as usual
3. Gender: any gender
4. Inpatient and outpatient: No questions asked
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

１）緊急内視鏡検査患者
２）腸管切除の既往や腸管の重度の癒着が事前に判明している患者
３）炎症性腸疾患など慢性腸疾患を有する患者
４）前処置が不良であった患者

1. Patients undergoing emergency endoscopy
2. Patients with a history of colon resection or severe adhesion of the intestinal tract known in advance
3. Patients with chronic intestinal diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease
4. Patients with poor preparation
