目的1/Narrative objectives1

我々のサーカディアンリズムは、体内時計によって調整され、睡眠と覚醒のサイクルや血圧、体温、ホルモン分泌などの変動に関与しており、生命活動にとってかかせない存在である。サーカディアンリズムの乱れは、肥満や生活習慣病につながると言われ、特に睡眠リズムが崩れると、自覚的にも体の様々な体調不良や合併症併発につながる可能性が高い。また睡眠時無呼吸症候群などの睡眠呼吸障害、性別、年齢などにより睡眠状態は変化するため、それぞれの状態における変化を評価することにより、病態あるいは体調不良の原因などの解明につながる可能性も高い。今回私たちは、夜間睡眠中の生体内で変化するバイオリズムを評価することにより、睡眠中に起きている変化について評価することを目的とする。

Our circadian rhythm is regulated by our body clock and is involved in the sleep-wake cycle, blood pressure, body temperature, hormone secretion, and other fluctuations, and is an essential part of our life activities. Disruption of the circadian rhythm is said to lead to obesity and lifestyle-related diseases. In particular, disruption of the sleep rhythm is likely to lead to various subjective physical ailments and complications of the body. In addition, since sleep state varies with sleep-disordered breathing such as sleep apnea syndrome, gender, age, and other factors, evaluation of changes in each of these states is likely to lead to clarification of pathological conditions and causes of physical ailments. In this study, we aim to evaluate the changes that occur during sleep by assessing the biorhythms that change in the body during nighttime sleep.

睡眠時無呼吸症候群、もしくはその疑いの患者に対し、診断目的に行う終夜ポリソムノグラフィ検査時、同時に皮膚抵抗を評価する。

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1)試験部位に重篤な皮膚疾患を有する者
2)重篤な心疾患・筋肉系疾患を有する者
3)金属アレルギーを有する者。

1) Persons with serious skin diseases at the test site
2) Persons with serious cardiac or muscular system diseases.
3) Persons with metal allergies.
