アドバンスドハイブリッドクローズドループの導入が、日本人の1型糖尿病患者の血糖コントロールに有用であることを明らかにする。
さらに、変更後の心理的影響について検討する。

We will determine the efficacy of the Advanced Hybrid Closed-Loop on glycemic control in Japanese people with type 1 diabetes.
We will also study the psychological impact after the change.

ベースラインと観察終了時点（26週後）における、センサーグルコース値が70～180mg/dLの時間の割合の変化量

Change from baseline to end of follow-up (at 26 weeks) in the percentage of time that the sensor glucose level was from 70 to 180 mg/dL.

副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes

1．以下の各項目のベースラインと観察終了時点での値
・センサーグルコース値が181mg/dL以上、および251mg/dL以上の時間の割合
・センサーグルコース値が70mg/dL未満、および54mg/dL未満の時間の割合
・センサーグルコース値の平均値、変動係数、およびグルコース管理インジケーター値
・Glycemia risk index
・平均1日インスリン投与量、平均1日ボーラスインスリン投与量、および平均1日基礎インスリン投与量
・HbA1c
・各種質問票（DTSQs、DTSQc、PAID、CSII-QOL、HFS）の点数
2．CGM装着時間およびAHCL稼動時間、AHCL離脱回数
3．平均1日血糖測定回数

Percentage of time with sensor glucose levels less than 70 mg/dL and less than 54 mg/dL
Mean, coefficient of variation, and glucose control indicator values for sensor glucose values
Glycemia risk index
Average daily insulin dose, average daily bolus insulin dose, and average daily basal insulin dose
HbA1c
Questionnaire scores (DTSQs, DTSQc, PAID, CSII-QOL, HFS)
(2) CGM logging time and AHCL operating time, number of AHCL suspensions
(3) Average number of blood glucose measurements per day

2．1型糖尿病と診断されている者
3．3か月以上継続してSAP療法を受けている者
4．通常診療のもとでAHCLが導入される者
5．本研究への参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、患者本人の自由意思に基づき文書による同意が得られた者

(2)Patients diagnosed with type 1 diabetes
(3)Patients receiving SAP therapy for more than 3 months
(4)Patients starting to use AHCL
(5)Patients with written informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

2．ステロイド全身投与中の者
3．妊娠中または授乳中の者
4．研究責任者または研究分担者が被検者として不適当と判断した者
