眼瞼痙攣患者にYALE-BROWN 強迫観念・強迫行為評価スケール、日本語版モーズレイ強迫神経症質問、Self-rating Depression Scaleを施行する。運動症状の治療後8週間後に同様の検査を施行し、精神症状の変化を評価する。

Blepharospasm patient will be administered the YALE-BROWN Obsessive-Compulsive Behavior Scale, the Moseley Obsessive-Compulsive Questions, and the Self-rating Depression Scale. The above tests will be performed 8 weeks after treatment of motor symptoms to evaluate changes in mental symptoms.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
Fahnの定義に従い、眼瞼痙攣、頚部ジストニア、と診断したもの。
本研究では二次性のジストニアは含めない。
コントロールとして片側顔面けいれんと診断したもの、上下肢痙縮と診断するものも検討する。

Diagnosed as blepharospasm and cervical dystonia according to Fahn's definition.
This study does not include secondary dystonia.
As controls, hemifacial spasm and upper and lower limb spasticity were also investigated.
