主な結果/Results

日本語
643人の患者が対象となった（平均年齢：52.6±13.1歳、50.4％が女性）。70.6％が肺血栓塞栓症と診断され、15.4％がPPASの疑いであった。そのうち93.9％と55.2％が18F-FDG PET/CTとCTで示唆所見を示した。CTで最も病変が多い部位は右肺動脈であった（72.3％）。手術と化学療法はそれぞれ81.4％と66.4％の患者に行われた。OS中央値は31ヵ月であった。

Overall, 643 patients were included (mean age: 52.6 years, 50.4% were female).70.6% were diagnosed with pulmonary thromboembolism (PTE), and 15.4% were suspected of having PPAS. Among these, 93.9% and 55.2% showed suggestive findings on 18F-FDG PET/CT and CT, respectively. The right main pulmonary artery was the most affected site on CT (72.3%). Surgery and chemotherapy were performed in 81.4% and 66.4% of patients, respectively. The median OS was 31 months.
