ネパールの農村部であるピュータンの小学生の衛生教育前後の手指衛生、口腔衛生習慣および健康状態を明らかにし、衛生教育の効果を検討する。

The aim of this research is to clarify hand and oral hygiene practices of primary school children in Pyuthan, a rural area of Nepal and to consider the effect of hygiene education provided.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

衛生教育後に手指衛生行動を行う児童が増えているか、口腔衛生行動を行う児童が増えているか、口腔内状態が改善しているか（齲歯、歯肉、歯垢の状態、歯の痛みや不快感）、食事行動が改善しているか、感冒症状の回数や病気による欠席日数が減っているか（衛生教育後1年後、2年後）

After hygiene education whether the number of children performing hand hygiene behaviors after hygiene education has increased, whether the number of children performing oral hygiene behaviors has increased, whether oral conditions have improved (caries, gums, plaque status, tooth pain and discomfort), whether eating behaviors have improved, whether the number of common cold symptoms and days absent due to illness have decreased (1 year and 2 years after hygiene education)

手指衛生行動を行う回数が多いと感冒症状の回数や病気による欠席日数が少ないか、口腔衛生行動を行う回数が多いと感冒症状の回数や病気による欠席日数が少ないか、口腔内状態が良いと感冒症状の回数や病気による欠席日数が少ないか、食事行動が良いと感冒症状の回数や病気による欠席日数が少ないか、低体重や肥満は感冒症状の回数や病気による欠席日数と関連しているか、口腔衛生行動を行う回数が多いと口腔内状態が良いか、口腔衛生行動を行う回数が多いと歯の痛みや不快感が少ないか、口腔内状態が良いと低体重や肥満は少ないか、食事行動が良いと口腔内状態が良いか、食事行動と低体重や肥満は関連しているか、父親、母親の教育レベルと手指衛生行動や口腔衛生行動、口腔内状態、食事行動、低体重や肥満の関連（衛生教育前）
