当院を受診した患者から細菌検査を目的とし採取した尿検体のうち、UFシリーズを被評価とし、対照法として微生物検査（尿培養検査）およびグラム染色との比較を行い、UFシリーズの細菌測定性能について評価する。

The UF series will be evaluated in comparison with microbiological tests (urine culture test) and Gram stain as a control method to evaluate the performance of the UF series in measuring bacteria.
