目的/Objectives

日本語
本研究により、国内におけるAYA世代乳癌の臨床的特徴や診療状況が明らかとなる。特に、診断の遅れにつながりやすい要因が明らかとなれば、早期診断のための啓蒙活動に活用することができる。また、AYA世代の乳癌患者に対して考慮すべき遺伝子検査や妊孕性温存に関して、現状で十分な診療が提供できていないとすれば、こうした治療を今後推進していくための重要な根拠になる。

This study aims to elucidate the clinical characteristics and treatment status of AYA breast cancer in Japan. Specifically, if factors leading to delayed diagnosis are identified, the information can be utilized for educational activities promoting early diagnosis. Moreover, if it is found that adequate treatment, such as genetic testing and fertility preservation, is not currently being provided for AYA breast cancer patients, this study can serve as important evidence to advocate for such treatments in the future.
