LRGの診断精度を示すことができれば、クローン病活動性診断におけるトリアージバイオマーカーとして、便中カルプロテクチン(Fecal calprotectin: FC)を代替する可能性がある。これによりクローン病再燃時に早期治療が可能となる。

If the diagnostic accuracy of LRG can be demonstrated, it could replace fecal calprotectine (FC) as a triage biomarker in the diagnosis of Crohn's disease activity. This allows for early therapeutic intervention in the relapse of Crohn's disease.

・クローン病に罹患
・本学及び共同研究機関、既存試料・情報の提供のみを行う機関の外来通院歴や入院歴あり。
・LRGおよび内視鏡検査の両方が実施されている。

Patients who have Crohn's disease.
Patients who have a history of outpatient visits or hospitalisation at the Nagoya University hospital, collaborating institutions or institutions that only provide existing samples and information.
Patients who have experience of both LRG measurement and endoscopy.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
・LRGの測定キットにNanopia (Sekisui Medical)を使用していない。
・LRG測定と内視鏡検査実施の間隔が1ヶ月より長い。

Nanopia (Sekisi Medical) is not used in the LRG measurement kit.
The interval between LRG measurement and endoscopy is longer than one month.

日本語
SB患者における内視鏡的寛解の診断に対するLRGのROC曲線は、AUC0.72（95％CI 0.67-0.78）であり、カットオフ値10.5では感度80.2％、特異度47.2％であった。一方、CRPとFCのAUCはそれぞれ0.63（0.57-0.70）と0.80（0.72-0.88）であった。LRGはCRPに対して有意に高い診断精度を示したが（P < 0.01）、LRGとFCの間には有意差はなかった（P = 0.12）。

The ROC curve of LRG for diagnosing endoscopic remission in SB patients yielded an AUC of 0.72, and a cut-off value of 10.5 had a sensitivity of 80.2% and specificity of 47.2%. Meanwhile, CRP and DC had an AUC of 0.63 and 0.80, respectively. LRG had a significantly higher diagnostic accuracy versus CRP while there was no significant difference between LRG and FC.
