家族を「参加者」に迎え、同じ立場の家族が「担当者」となり、10～15人程度の小グループで、1回3時間、1コース5回で、テキストを輪読し、病気や対応方法などの知識とともに、家族の『体験的知識』を語り合う。

With family members as 'participants' and family members in the same position as 'in charge', in small groups of 10-15 people, for three hours per session, five sessions per course, an original textbook is read in a circle and the family members discuss their 'experiential knowledge' as well as their knowledge of the disease and how to deal with it.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
精神疾患の同胞をもつ、18歳以上の成人したきょうだいとする。1クール目は年齢の上限なし、2クール目は30代までとする。

The participants must be adult siblings over the age of 18 who have a sibling with a mental illness. There is no upper age limit for the first course, and for the second course, participants must be in their 30s or older.
