本研究の目的は，労働者を対象に，ワーク・エンゲイジメントを向上させるスマートフォン向けに開発された感謝を促すを提供し，前後比較試験によって効果評価を実施することである．

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

(1)公務員を含む被雇用者であること、(2)従業員300人以上の組織に雇用されていること、(3)20歳以上60歳未満であること、(4)平日に働いていること、(5)フルタイムで働いていること（短時間勤務や育児休暇は除く）。

The inclusion criteria for participants were as follows: (1) being employees including official servants, (2) being employed by an organization with a minimum of 300 employees, (3) aged 20 to under 60, (4) working on weekdays, and (5) working full-time (excluding shortened hours working or childcare leave).
