①研究参加の同意取得時点での年齢が40歳以上の健康な日本人男女
②本研究の目的、内容について十分な説明を受け、同意能力があり、よく理解した上で自発的に参加を志願し、本研究参加に同意した者
③認知機能の衰えを自覚している者
④MMSEスコアが24以上の健常者

1 Healthy Japanese men and women over 40 years old at the time of obtaining consent to participate in the study
2 Subjects who have be given sufficient explanation about the purpose and contents of this study, volunteer for voluntary participation with good understanding, and can consent to the study
3 Subjects who are aware of cognitive decline
4 Subjects who have obtained MMSE score 24 or above
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
①アルコール依存症、精神疾患の既往歴がある者
②不眠症の者
③認知機能改善サプリを摂取する習慣がある者
④認知機能や記憶力、集中力を鍛えるための脳のトレーニングを習慣的に実施している者
⑤現在、薬物治療を受けている者
⑥肝、腎、心、肺、血液等の重篤な障害の既往歴・現病歴のある者
⑦妊娠中、授乳中あるいは妊娠の可能性あるいは本研究期間中に妊娠する意思のある者
⑧試験期間中、生活習慣を変更する可能性のある者（夜間交代勤務、長期の旅行など）、あるいは食事、睡眠などの生活習慣が極度に不規則な者
⑨乳酸菌飲料の摂取習慣がある者
⑩特定保健用食品、機能性表示食品の摂取習慣がある者
⑪本研究開始時に他の臨床試験に参加している者、あるいは本研究の参加同意取得後に他の臨床試験に参加する予定のある者
⑫試験責任医師が本研究の対象として不適切と判断した者

1 Subjects with a history of alcoholism or mental illness
2 Subjects with insomnia
3 Subjects who have a habit of intaking supplements to improve cognitive function
4 Subjects who habitually perform brain training to improve cognitive function, memory, and concentration
5 Subjects who are receiving continuous pharmaceutical treatment
6 Subjects with previous and/or current medical history of serious disease (e.g.liver,kidney,heart,lung, blood)
7 Females who are pregnant and/or lactating, or those with willingness/intention to become pregnant during the study
8 Subjects that plan to have irregular life cycle (e.g. midnight shift work,long-term travel) and/or those with extremely irregular dining and sleep habits
9 Subjects who have a habit of intaking lactic acid bacteria beverages
10 Subjects who have a habit of intaking Food for Specified Health Uses and/or Foods with Functional Claims
11 Subjects with current or past experience of participating in other clinical studies and/or subjects who plan to participate in other clinical trials after obtaining consent to participate in the study
12 Subjects who are judged by the principal investigator to be unsuitable as the study
