1. 現在、糖尿病・腎臓病・心臓病により、薬物治療や栄養指導を受けている方
2. 心臓にペースメーカーを使用している方
3. 足、股関節などの関節痛や関節症を持っている方
4. 医師により運動を行わないように指導されている方
5. スマートフォンでウェアラブルデバイスおよび食事管理アプリを操作することができない方

1. Persons under medication for diabetes, kidney diseases, or cardiovascular diseases
2. Persons using implantable medical devices such as pacemakers
3. Persons with joint pain or arthritis in legs and/or hip joint
4. Persons supervised not to exercise
5. Persons unable to use a wearable device and application software by a smart phone
