妊産婦ケアに従事する看護師に対して、産婦を尊重したケアに関する教育プログラムを実施する。研究への参加に同意した看護師は1回3時間のセッションを2回受ける。

The educational program on respectful maternity care will be implemented for nurses involved in maternity care at the hospital. Nurses who have consented to participate in the study will be asked to attend two sessions of the program that last three hours.
