選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
朝の家庭血圧の5日間の平均値が、収縮期125mmHg、拡張期75mmHg以上、診察室血圧が収縮期130mmHg以上、拡張期80mmHg以上のいずれかを満たす者。

Patients who meet any of the following eligibility criteria

･Five-days mean of morning BP at home is >= 125mmHg for systolic and/or >= 75mmHg for diastolic.
･Clinic BP is >= 130mmHg for systolic and/or >= 80mmHg for diastolic.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1．収縮期血圧160mmHg以上、かつ/または、拡張期血圧100mmHg以上の者
2．過去6ヵ月以内の心血管疾患、脳血管疾患の既往がある者
3．慢性腎臓病ステージG3ｂ以下の者
4．抗癌剤治療中の者
5．ホルモン剤治療中の者

1. Clinic SBP >= 160mmHg and/or clinic DBP >= 100mmHg
2. History of cerebrovascular or cardiovascular events within the previous 6 months
3. Chronic kidney disease of stage G3b or lower
4. Ongoing cancer treatment with chemotherapy
5. Ongoing hormone replacement therapy
