2017年1月から2022年12月に奈良県立医科大学および和歌山県立医科大学において膵切除を施行した患者について電子カルテより以下の診療情報を後ろ向きに収集する．
① 臨床所見：年齢（手術時），性別，身長（手術時），体重（手術時），Body mass index（手術時），インスリン使用の有無，糖尿病の既往，最終診断，術前減黄処置の有無
② 血液所見：リンパ球数，血清アルブミン値，eGFR，HbA1c 値，血糖値
③ 手術所見：術式，合併切除臓器，手術時間，出血量，輸血の有無
④ 周術期情報：術後在院日数，術後合併症(Clavien-Dindo分類)，膵液漏（ISGPF），術後感染合併症，在院死亡
これらの情報をもとに，膵切除後の血糖推移をTIRにより評価し，感染合併症との関連を検討する．

We will retrospectively collect the following medical information from electronic medical records of patients who underwent pancreatectomy at Nara Medical University and Wakayama Medical University from January 2017 to December 2022.
Clinical findings: age (at surgery), gender, height (at surgery), weight (at surgery), body mass index (at surgery), use of insulin, history of diabetes, last diagnosis, preoperative yellowing treatment
Blood findings: lymphocyte count, serum albumin level, eGFR, HbA1c level, blood glucose level
Surgical findings: surgical procedure, complications, operation time, blood loss, blood transfusion
Perioperative information: length of hospital stay after surgery, postoperative complications (Clavien-Dindo classification), pancreatic fluid leak (ISGPF), postoperative infection complications, and death in hospital.
Based on this information, we will evaluate blood glucose trends after pancreatectomy by TIR and examine the relationship with infectious complications.
