①当院で食道癌に対し根治的な開胸開腹手術を予定する患者
②文書による同意が得られた患者

英語
(1) Patients scheduled for radical open thoracotomy for esophageal cancer at this hospital
(2) Patients who have given written consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
①脳血管障害などの合併で運動機能の低下により測定が困難な患者
②認知機能低下が著しく低下している患者
③過去3ヵ月以内に心筋梗塞、心不全、脳梗塞、呼吸不全を発症した患者
④登録時に腎機能低下を認める患者
⑤牛乳・大豆由来の成分のアレルギーがある患者
⑥文書による同意が得られなかった患者

(1) Patients who have difficulty in measurement due to decreased motor function due to complications such as cerebrovascular disease
(2) Patients with significantly impaired cognitive function
(3) Patients who have had myocardial infarction, heart failure, cerebral infarction, or respiratory failure within the past 3 months
(iv) Patients with impaired renal function at the time of registration
5) Patients with allergy to milk- or soy-derived ingredients
(6) Patients who failed to give written consent.
