目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
男性に対するプレコンセプションケアとして、男性の生殖機能に影響を与えうる生活習慣の修正指導、栄養食事指導を実施する。その結果、男性妊孕能として精液所見や精液中の酸化ストレス、精子DNA断片化が改善するか、精子のエピゲノムに変化があるか検証し、本ケアの意義を明らかにする。

As preconception care for men, lifestyle modification and nutritional dietary guidance that may affect male fertility will be provided. As a result, we will verify whether semen findings, oxidative stress in semen, sperm DNA fragmentation, or changes in the sperm epigenome are improved as male fertility, and clarify the significance of this care.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1) 同意取得時において年齢が18歳以上の男性
2) 挙児希望にて千葉大学医学部附属病院または亀田IVFクリニック幕張を受診された方
3) 本研究の参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた方

1) Male patients who are 18 years of age or older at the time of consent
2) Patients who have visited Chiba University Hospital or Kameda IVF Clinic Makuhari with the intention of conception.
3) Patients who have received a thorough explanation of their participation in this study, and who have given written consent of their own free will based on a thorough understanding of the study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 研究結果に影響を及ぼす以下の疾患 を治療中の方;
悪性腫瘍（既往を含む）、コントロール不良のアレルギー疾患
2) 研究結果に影響を及ぼす以下の薬を服薬中の方;
サラゾピリン、フィナステリド、デュタステリド、その他のホルモン薬、向精神薬、SSRI、SNRI、メトトレキセート
3) 無精子症の方
4) 過去に不妊治療を受けられた方
5) 同意取得前1ヶ月以内に他の臨床試験に参加していた方
6) その他、研究責任医師が当該試験の対象として不適切（研究実施により研究対象者への危険性が増すか、あるいは十分なデータが得られない可能性がある）と判断した方

1) Patients undergoing treatment for any of the following diseases that may affect the results of the study; malignant tumors (including pre-existing), uncontrolled allergic diseases
2) Taking any of the following medications that may affect the study results; Salazopyrine, finasteride, dutasteride, other hormonal drugs, psychotropic drugs, SSRIs, SNRIs, methotrexate
3) Patients with azoospermia
4) Those who have undergone infertility treatment in the past
5) Those who have participated in other clinical trials within one month prior to obtaining consent
6) Other subjects who are deemed by the investigator to be inappropriate for the study (i.e., study implementation may increase the risk to study subjects or may not provide sufficient data)
