Relative apical sparing (RAPS) の心アミロイドーシス診断能およびRAPSと転帰の関連を調査した文献を3つの電子データベース（PubMed、Embase、Scopus）で検索した。結果はRAPSは中等度の診断能を持つが、予後予測能は無いというものだった。日本循環器学会誌に投稿し、acceptされた。論文名は” Diagnostic Accuracy and Prognostic Value of Relative Apical Sparing in Cardiac Amyloidosis - Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis”であり、2025年1月に掲載予定である。

Literature investigating the diagnostic accuracy of relative apical sparing (RAPS) and the association between RAPS and outcomes was searched in three electronic databases (PubMed, Embase, and Scopus).
The results showed that RAPS has modest diagnostic test accuracy but no prognostic value.The paper was submitted to and accepted by the Circulation Journal.The paper is entitled "Diagnostic Accuracy and Prognostic Value of Relative Apical Sparing in Cardiac Amyloidosis - Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis" and is scheduled for publication in January 2025.
