小児アレルギーエデュケーター10名によるセルフケアチェックシートを用いた介入を実施する．実施は，1か月に1回，1回あたり15～30分程度実施する．

Interventions will be conducted by ten pediatric allergy educators using a self-care checklist. Implementation will occur once a month, with each session lasting approximately 15 to 30 minutes.
