（1）乳癌手術予定の患者（初発）
（2）日常生活活動が自立している　
（3）女性

(1)Patients scheduled for surgery for breast cancer(first time)
(2)Independent in activities of daily living
(3)Female

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
（1）乳癌の手術歴がある患者
（2）両側乳癌の手術を予定する患者
（3）再建術を予定している患者
（4）術前より患側の肩関節周囲に強い疼痛がある患者
（5）質問紙の内容を理解できない患者
（6）認知症の診断がついている患者
（7）神経学的疾患・精神学的疾患を有する患者
（8）術前、術後評価、１ヶ月後評価のいずれかが行えなかった患者

(1) Patients with a history of breast cancer surgery
(2) Patients scheduled for surgery for bilateral breast cancer
(3) Patients scheduled for reconstructive surgery
(4) Patients with preoperative severe pain around the shoulder joint on the affected side
(5) Patients who cannot understand the content of the questionnaire
(6) Patients with a diagnosis of dementia
(7) Patients with neurological or psychiatric diseases
(8) Patients who could not perform either the preoperative, postoperative, or one-month postoperative evaluation.
