24時間の無痛分娩が提供された2018年8月1日以前と以降での帝王切開率の差異について解析を行う。また硬膜外無痛分娩以外の緊急帝王切開に寄与する因子を調査する。

We investigate differences of the emergency cesarean delivery rate between data from January 2015 to July 2018 and August 2018 to December 2021. We also look for factors associated with emergency cesarean delivery other than labor epidural analgesia.

Applicable period of study data: January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2021
Study subjects: Patients who delivered at our hospital during the above period
Subject data: Age, height, pre-pregnancy weight, pre-delivery weight, number of previous clinical pregnancies, number of previous clinical births, smoking history, type of infertility treatment, history, mode of delivery, reason for indication for cesarean section, presence or absence of labor epidural analgesia, onset of labor, duration of the first stage of labor, duration of the second stage of labor, date of birth, duration of labor epidural analgesia, Apgar score of the infant, sex of the infant, height of the infant, weight of the infant, presence or absence of episiotomy, degree of perineal laceration
