我々の施設で非通常型AVNRTに対する心臓電気生理検査とカテーテルアブレーションを受けたすべての患者

All patients who underwent an EP study and catheter ablation for atypical AVNRT at our institution were retrospectively identified and included in the study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

非通常型AVNRTまたは心室ペーシング中の逆行性心房興奮伝播様式が3Dマッピングを使用して評価されなかった患者。

非通常型 AVNRT または心室ペーシング中の逆行性心房興奮伝播様式は、心内電位図と 3D マッピングの両方によって評価。また、3Dマップ上で2点間の距離を計測しました。

The retrograde atrial activation sequence during atypical AVNRT or ventricular pacing was determined by both intracardiac electrograms and 3D mapping with particular attention paid to the CS ostium, tricuspid valve, and His bundle areas. The extent of the region where the His potential was recordable was demarcated1. The distance between 2 points was measured on the 3D map. When measuring distances from the CS ostium, the most inferior point (floor) of the CS ostium rim was used as the reference point.
