本研究の目的は専門的緩和ケアの一形態であるホスピス住宅において、患者報告型アウトカム（Patient Reported Outcome）を日常的に活用することが、患者と医療者のコミュニケーションの質や患者のQOLの向上に有用であるかをStepped-Wedgeランダム化比較試験にて検証することである。

The purpose of this study is to examine whether the routine use of Patient Reported Outcomes in hospice housing setting is useful in improving the quality of patient-provider communication and patient quality of life in a Stepped-Wedge randomized controlled trial.
