１．脳損傷者
①対象疾患
医師から脳損傷（脳血管障害、外傷性脳損傷、低酸素性脳症、脳炎、脳腫瘍）と診断され、当センターにて自動車運転適性評価を実施した方。
②対象年齢および性別
20歳以上65歳未満の方で性別は問いません。
③入院・外来の別
当センターに入院中および外来通院中の方
④発病前の運転状況
　発病前に週1回以上の頻度で自動車を運転していた方
⑤運転免許証の保有
　有効な自動車運転免許証を保有している方

２．健常者
①対象年齢および性別
20歳以上65歳未満の者で性別は問わない。
②運転状況
　日常的に（週1回以上の頻度）自動車を運転している者
③事故・違反歴
　過去1年間に無事故・無違反であった者
④研究参加への同意
本研究の内容を理解し、文書による同意が得られている者を対象とする。

1. Brain injured person
(1)Target disease
Those who have been diagnosed with a brain injury (cerecral infarction, serebral hemorrhage, traumatic brain injury, subarachonoid hemorrhage) by a doctor and have undergone a driving aptitude evaluation at our center.
(2)Target age and gender
People aged 20 to under 65, regardless of gender
(3)Inpatient/ outpatient status
Those who are hospitalized at our center or who are visiting the outpatient clinic
(4)Driving status before onset of illness
Those who drove a car at least once a week before the onset of illness
(5)Possession of a driver's license
Must have a valid driver's license

2. Healthy control
(1)Target age and gender
Persons ages 20 to under 65, regardless of gender
(2)Driving status
Those who regularly drive a car more than once a week
(3)Accident/ violation history
Persons who have had no accidents or violations in the past year
(4)Agreement to participate in research
Subjects must be those who understand the content of this research and have provided written consent.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

(1)身体に明らかな麻痺がある方
(2)てんかんの既往がある方
(3)独歩困難で日常生活動作が自立していない方

２．健常者
(1)身体に明らかな麻痺がある者
(2)てんかんの既往がある者
(3)独歩困難で日常生活動作が自立していない者
(4)医師から脳損傷（脳血管障害、外傷性脳損傷、低酸素脳症、脳炎、脳腫瘍）と診断されている者
(5)認知機能検査（Mini-Mental-State-Examination）において27点未満の者

（脳損傷者への介入内容）
電子カルテより、基本情報（年齢、性別、診断名、脳損傷部位に関する画像情報、発症日）、運転に関するアンケート調査結果（運転目的、運転免許証取得からの年数、運転頻度、事故・違反回数）、MMSE（知的機能）、TMT（注意機能）、FAB（遂行機能）、REY複雑図形模写（構成）・再生（視覚性記憶）の情報を収集する。
ドライビングシミュレーターにおける、反応時間測定検査、模擬運転操作検査の結果を電子カルテから収集する。
（健常者への介入内容）
測定項目は、日常の運転状況に関するアンケート調査（年齢、性別、運転目的、運転免許証取得からの年数、運転頻度、事故・違反回数）、高次脳機能評価としてMMSE、TMT、FAB、REY複雑図形模写・再生を実施する。
運転行動評価にはドライビングシミュレーターを用い、反応時間測定検査、模擬運転操作検査を行う。

(Interventions for people with brain injury)
We collect the following information from electronic medical records. Basic information (age, gender, diagnosis name, brain imaging information, onset date), questionnaire results (driving purpose, years of driving license, driving frequency, accident/ violation history), cognitive function test results (MMSE, TMT, FAB, REY), results of driving behavior evaluation using a driving simulator.
(Interventions for healthy people)
The following items will be measured: Basic information and driving-related questionnaire survey (age, gender, purpose of driving, number of years since obtaining a driver's license, frequency of driving, number of accidents/ violations), cognitive function tests (MMSE, TMT, FAB, REY), driving behavior evaluation using a driving simulator.
