平均年齢は，コントロール群が64.3歳，介入群が69.9歳であった．男性の割合は，コントロール群が23.3%，介入群が34.2%であった．平均身長は，コントロール群が155cm，介入群が157cmであった．平均体重は，コントロール群が62.3kg，介入群が60.5kgであった．いずれも有意差を認めなかった．

The mean age was 64.3 years in the control group and 69.9 years in the intervention group. The proportion of men was 23.3% in the control group and 34.2% in the intervention group. The mean height was 155 cm in the control group and 157 cm in the intervention group. The mean weight was 62.3 kg in the control group and 60.5 kg in the intervention group. No significant differences were observed.

参加者の流れ/Participant flow

試験参加の同意が得られた120例のうち，登録除外例39例を除いた81例が適格被験者として二次登録された．これら81例は連続的に無作為に割り付けられ，コントロール群43例，介入群38例となった．全ての検査段階が終了した後の症例検討会において、プロトコルからの重大な逸脱が確認された症例は両群ともいなかった．

Of the 120 patients who agreed to participate in the study, 81 were subsequently enrolled as eligible subjects, excluding 39 who were excluded from enrollment. These 81 patients were consecutively randomly assigned to the control group (43 patients) and the intervention group (38 patients). In the case review meeting after the completion of all test stages, no significant deviations from the protocol were identified in either group.
