選択基準/Key inclusion criteria
日本語
疾患群：慢性膵疾患（慢性膵炎もしくは自己免疫性膵炎）のある人。
＊慢性膵炎臨床診断基準2019において確診、準確診、早期慢性膵炎に該当する人。
＊International consensus diagnostic criteriaもしくは自己免疫性膵炎臨床診断基準2018において確診、準確診に該当する人。
対照群：画像検査や血液検査などで膵臓の異常を認めず、MRI検査を行う人。
① 同意取得時において年齢が20歳以上の人。
② 検査内容を理解し、本研究への参加に同意している人。
③ 適切な便の採取が可能な人。

Pancreatic disease group: cases with chronic pancreatic disease (chronic pancreatitis or autoimmune pancreatitis).
Cases who have definite diagnosis, probable diagnosis, or early-stage chronic pancreatitis according to the Chronic Pancreatitis Clinical Diagnostic Criteria 2019.
Cases who meet the International consensus diagnostic criteria or the clinical diagnostic criteria for autoimmune pancreatitis 2018.
Control group: cases who have no pancreatic abnormality on imaging modality or blood tests, and who undergo MRI imaging.
(1) Cases who are 20 years of age or older at the time of obtaining consent.
(2) Cases who understand the contents of the examination and agree to participate in this study.
(3) Cases who are capable of collecting appropriate stool samples.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
① 体内金属や閉所恐怖症などによりMRI検査が行えない人。
② 慢性的な下痢症状などにより適切な便検体が採取できない人。
③ 膵胆道系の悪性腫瘍が他画像検査にて指摘されている人。
④ 高度な膵萎縮や膵嚢胞の多発などによりT1値の測定が行えない人。
⑤ 定型的な膵切除術の既往のある人。
⑥ その他、研究責任者が被験者として不適当と判断した人。

(1) Cases who are unable to perform MRI examinations due to metal in the body or claustrophobia.
(2) Cases who cannot collect an appropriate stool specimen due to chronic diarrhea or other symptoms.
(3) Cases with malignant tumors of the pancreaticobiliary organ indicated by other imaging tests.
(4) Cases with severe pancreatic atrophy or multiple pancreatic cysts that prevent measurement of T1 value.
(5) Cases with a history of pancreatectomy.
(6) Cases who is judged to be inappropriate for participating this study.
