40分間の間欠性サイクリング運動後、試験食品を15分間かけて摂取する。その後、10分間の間欠性サイクリング運動を実施する。試験食品摂取後前後でサイクリング中の仕事量および静的バランスを評価する。

After 40 minutes of intermittent cycling, participants consume test foods for 15 minutes. Then, participants perform cycling exercise for 15 minutes. Workload and static balance are evaluated before and after intermittent cycling exercise.

40分間の間欠性サイクリング運動後、対照食品を15分間かけて摂取する。その後、10分間の間欠性サイクリング運動を実施する。試験食品摂取後前後でサイクリング中の仕事量および静的バランスを評価する。

①年齢が18から29歳であること
②男性であること
③慢性疾患者でないこと
④服薬(サプリメントも含む)がないこと
⑤禁煙者であること
⑥過去3ヶ月以内に減量を行っていない者および研究期間内で減量を行わない者
⑦研究期間内に他の研究の対象者となっていないこと
⑧実験にて摂取する食品にアレルギーがない者
⑨歯科治療中でない者
⑩運動に支障がある傷害・症状がない者
⑪普段試験食品と同種の食品を摂取する方
⑫ミントが苦手ではない方

6.Participants who have not reduced weight in the past 3 months or who will not intend to lose weight within the examination period
7.Participants who are not participating another study
8.Participants who have not allergy for the provided test foods
9.Participants who are not undergoing dental treatment
10.Participants who are not having injuries or symptoms for exercise
11.Participants who are consuming the same type of food as the test food daily
12.Participants who are able to consume mint flavour food

②女性であること
③慢性疾患者であること
④服薬(サプリメントも含む)があること
⑤喫煙者であること
⑥過去3ヶ月以内に減量を行った者および研究期間内で減量を行おうと予定している者
⑦研究期間内に他の研究の対象者となる予定のある者および既に他の研究の対象者となっている者
⑧実験にて摂取する食品にアレルギーがある者
⑨歯科治療中である者
⑩運動に支障がある傷害・症状がある者
⑪普段試験食品と同種の食品を摂取しない者
⑫ミントが苦手な方者
