介入の方法は2群とも同じである。介入群１は運動イメージ能力の尺度であるJMIQ-Rの高いものとする。投球のイメージ課題、イメージした通りに投げる課題、投げたお手玉が目標地点からどの程度離れているかを想像する課題の3つの課題を行い、フィードバックを与える。投球課題の練習の時間は30分を予定している。

The intervention procedure is the same for both groups. Intervention group 1 will be those with high JMIQ-R, which is a measure of motor imagery ability. Participants completed three tasks: imagining pitching, throwing the ball exactly as they imagined it, and imagining how far the thrown beanbag was from the target point, and be provided feedback. The practice time for pitching tasks is scheduled to be 30 minutes.
