選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

以下の選択基準をすべて満たす医師を本研究対象とする。
1.19床以下の施設に勤務する小児科の医師
2.直近1か月に0歳児を10名以上診療したと回答している
3.日常診療で、乳児湿疹およびアトピー性皮膚炎の両方またはいずれかの診療を行うと回答している
4.調査への参加に同意している

Physicians who meet all of the following inclusion criteria will be included in this study.
1.Pediatricians working at institutions with 19 beds or less
2.Those who responded that they examined 10 or more infants aged 0 years in the most recent 1 month
3.Those who responded that they examine infantile eczema and/or atopic dermatitis in daily clinical practice
4.Those who agree to participate in the survey

・調査対象者の85.7%はアレルギー非専門医であった
・乳児湿疹と乳児アトピー性皮膚炎（AD）の関係を正しく認識していた医師は44%であった
・乳児ADへの早期治療介入が有効であることに92%の医師が同意した。
・乳児ADと診断する最低月齢は、平均7.4ヶ月、中央値は6.0ヶ月であった
・症例写真と臨床経過から、正しくADと診断した割合は16.4％、適切な処方薬剤を選択した割合は19.3％であった。
・60.5%の医師が、AD診断へ抵抗感を感じたことがあると回答し、その理由として「保護者がショックを受ける」という回答割合が最も多く、59.4％であった

44% understood the relationship between infantile eczema and Atopic Dermatitis (AD).
92% agreed on the effectiveness of early AD intervention.
The average and median age for diagnosing AD were 7.4 and 6 months.
16.4% correctly diagnosed AD from case photos; 19.3% chose the right medication.
60.5% felt resistance to diagnosing AD, mainly due to parental shock (59.4%).
