Visual Analogue Scale（VAS: 睡眠の質、精神的ストレス、身体的疲労感）、Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) 、State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI)、自然排便回数、腸内マイクロバイオーム、酸化ストレスマーカー・抗酸化マーカー各種（尿中8-OHdG、尿中イソプラスタン、CoQ10酸化率、LPO、鉄、銅、コレステロール、中性脂肪、STAS、尿酸、ビタミンC、葉酸、ビタミンB12、ルテイン＋ゼアキサンチン、β－クリプトキサンチン、リコピン、α-カロテン、ビタミンA、α-トコフェロール、δ-トコフェロール、β・γ-トコフェロール、α-トコフェロール/コレステロール、ユビキノール）

8-week changes in the following: Visual Analogue Scale (Sleep quality, Mental stress, Physical fatigue), Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI), Stool frequency, Gut microbiome, Oxidative stress and anti-oxidant markers (Urinary 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine, Urinary isoprostanes, Serum oxidized/total coenzyme Q10 ratio, Serum LPO, Serum Fe, Serum Cu, Serum cholesterol, Serum triglyceride, Serum total antioxidant status, Serum uric acid, Serum vitamin C, Serum folic acid, Serum vitamin B12, Serum lutein and zeaxanthin, Serum beta-cryptoxanthin, Serum lycopene, Serum beta-carotene, Serum vitamin A, Serum alpha-tocopherol, Serum delta-tocopherol, Serum beta-gamma tocopherol, Serum alpha-tocopherol/cholesterol ratio, Serum ubiquinol)

1) 日常的に睡眠の質に満足していない健康な男女
2) OSA-MAの5種類の因子の標準化得点の平均値が45未満

1) Healthy males and females who constantly feel unsatisfaction with sleep quality
2) The average standardized score of five distinct factors in OSA-MA is under 45

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 慢性疾患で治療中の人
2) 臨床研究に影響する可能性のある医薬品や健康食品を摂取している人
3) 現在他の臨床研究に参加している人、あるいは、過去3ヶ月以内に他の臨床研究に参加した人
4) 妊娠中もしくは妊娠している可能性のある人、授乳中の人
5) その他、研究責任者または研究分担者が不適と判断した人

2) Taking medicines or dietary supplements that may affect the trial
3) Participation in any clinical trial within three months of the commencement of the trial
