1) つくばマラソンに参加する者、2) 18歳以上の一般成人

1) Individuals who will participate in Tsukuba marathon. 2) Individuals who are over 17 years old.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 心疾患の既往歴がある者、2) 心エコー、心電図の結果、マラソン実施が困難と思われる異常が発見された者、3) マラソンを完走できなかった者

1) Individuals who had a history of major cardiovascular diseases. 2) Individuals who have some serious cardiovascular problems in cardiovascular assessments before practicing the Tsukuba marathon. 3) Individuals who cannot complete the marathon.

本研究ではつくばマラソン（フルマラソンの部）に参加する人を対象に、マラソン1週間前、マラソン直前、マラソン直後、マラソン1日後、マラソン1週間後のタイミングで測定を行う。

This study will perform laboratory assessments at 4 points: 1) before completing the marathon, 2) immediately after completing the marathon, 3) 1day after completing the marathon, and 4) a week after completing the marathon.
