日本語
新生児の過剰体重減少は長期にわたる有害な後遺症を起こす可能性があるとされるがその原因に関する報告は少ない。経腟分娩中の輸液量が出生新生児の体重減少に関与するという報告はあるが、帝王切開出生児の術中輸液量と新生児体重減少に関する報告はない。当院の帝王切開時の術中輸液量と新生児体重減少の関係について調査を行った。

Excessive neonatal weight loss is a potential cause of long-term adverse sequelae, but there are few reports on its causes. Although there are reports that the amount of pre-delivery infusions is associated with birth weight loss, there are no reports on intraoperative infusion volume and neonatal weight loss in cesarean births. We investigated the relationship between intraoperative infusion volume and neonatal weight loss during cesarean section at our hospital.
