本研究の目的は遂行機能障害を有さない脳卒中患者や高齢者と比較し、遂行機能障害を有する脳卒中患者の二重課題歩行中の脳活動と運動学的指標の変化を明らかにする。

The purpose of this study is to determine changes in brain activity and kinematic indices during dual task walking in stroke patients with executive dysfunction compared to stroke patients without executive dysfunction and older adults.

セラピストの介助なしに歩行ができる者(監視以上で、補助具の使用可)
遂行機能障害の評価が実施できる者

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
脳卒中患者
半側空間無視または感覚性失語(理解が困難)、あるいは両方の診断がある者
遂行機能障害の評価が困難な重度高次脳機能障害を有する者 ・認知症を呈する者
整形外科的疾患で手術を実施している者
失行の診断がある者

高齢者
医師の診断で認知症を診断された者
過去に整形外科的疾患で手術を実施している者
過去に脳卒中と診断された者

Stroke
Those with a diagnosis of hemispatial neglect or sensory aphasia (difficulty understanding) or both
Patients with severe higher brain dysfunction whose executive function impairment is difficult to assess
Patients with dementia
Those with orthopedic diseases for which surgery is being performed
Patyients with a diagnosis of aphasia

Elderly persons
Those who have been diagnosed with dementia by a physician.
Those who have undergone surgery for orthopedic disease in the past
Those who have been diagnosed with stroke in the past.
