②COPD患者
③現在は禁煙している患者
④本研究の参加に関して本人より同意が得られた患者

1. Men and women over 20 years old.
2. Patients with COPD.
3. Ex-smokers.
4. Patients who agreed to participate in this study with written informed consent.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
①気管支拡張薬吸入後の1秒量が予測値の15%未満、45%以上
②全肺気量が予測値の100%未満
③残気量が予測値の175%未満
④拡散能が予測値の20%未満
⑤不安定な心疾患
⑥巨大ブラ
⑦活動性の感染症
⑧呼吸状態が不安定で安全に検査が施行できない

1. Post-bronchodilator FEV1 below 15% and over 45% predicted value.
2. Total lung capacity less than 100% predicted value.
3. Residual volume less than 175% predicted value.
4. Carbon monoxide diffusing capacity of less than 20% of the predicted value.
5. Unstable cardiac conditions.
6. Presence of giant bullae.
7. Active infection.
8. Patients who can not safely undergo bronchoscopy due to unstable breathing.
