２）両側慢性副鼻腔炎患者

1)Patients diagnosed with chronic sinusitis
2)Patients with bilateral chronic sinusitis

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1)データを用いることについて拒否の申し出があった患者。
2)悪性腫瘍に対して治療中の患者。
3)研究責任者が研究対象者として不適切と判断した患者。
