ルビスタの使用量と看護師の行動の変化を明らかにし、今後MRSAの新規発生率を下げる。

評価/Assessment

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

日本語
1病床あたりのルビスタの払い出し量を4月から12月まで集計し変化の有無を確認する。
教育的介入実施前、介入2週間後の２回のタイミングで看護師のルビスタ使用について上記同様のチェックリストを用いて直接行動観察を行う。各項目に対し、チェックリストを用いて○×で評価する。○の数の割合を教育的介入の前後で比較する。

教育的介入実施後、Google　Formを用いてアンケートを実施する。

Aggregate the amount of Rubista payments per hospital bed from April to December to check for any changes
Before the educational intervention, direct behavior observation is made using the same checklist above for the use of Rubista by nurses at the timing of two times two weeks after the intervention. For each item, evaluate it with using a checklist. Compare the percentage of the number of positive before and after educational intervention.

After the educational intervention, a questionnaire will be conducted using Google Form.
