試験食品: L-アラビノース
用法・用量: 専用の計量 (3 g) スプーンを使い、1日3回食前に3 gを水150 mL (コップ一杯程度) に溶かして摂取する。

※飲み忘れた場合は気が付いたときに摂取する。1日の用量はその日のうちに摂取し、翌日以降は持ち越さない。

Test food: L-arabinose
Administration: Measure 3 g with prescribed spoon and dissolve it in 150 mL of water (about a cupful). And then drink it before the meal. Repeat the above three times per day.

*If you forget to take the test food, take it as soon as you remember. Daily dose should be taken within the day and not carried over to the next day.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 悪性腫瘍、心不全、心筋梗塞の治療中もしくは既往歴がある者

2. ペースメーカーや植え込み型除細動器を埋め込んでいる者

3. 以下の慢性疾患で治療中の者
不整脈、肝障害、慢性腎臓病、脳血管障害、リウマチ性疾患、糖尿病、脂質異常症、高血圧症、その他の慢性疾患

4. 特定保健用食品、機能性表示食品を摂取している者

5. 医薬品 (漢方薬を含む) ・サプリメントを摂取している者

6. アレルギー (医薬品・試験食品関連食品) がある者

7. 慢性便秘症、下痢症に罹患している者

8. その他、便通に大きく影響を与えると考えられる疾病を罹患している者または既往症がある者

9. 便通に影響を及ぼす可能性のある医薬品、健康食品、特定保健用食品、機能性表示食品あるいは便通に影響する成分を強化した食品 (納豆やキムチ、漬物などの発酵食品、食物繊維が強化された食品等) を摂取している者

10. 妊娠中、授乳中、あるいは試験期間中に妊娠する意思のある者

11. 同意書取得日以前の28日間において他の臨床試験に参加していた者、あるいは試験期間中に参加予定のある者

12. その他、試験責任医師が本試験の対象として不適切と判断した者

1. Individuals who are undergoing medical treatment or have a medical history of malignant tumor, heart failure, and myocardial infarction

2. Individuals who have a pacemaker or an implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD)

3. Individuals currently undergoing treatment for any of the following chronic diseases: cardiac arrhythmia, liver disorder, chronic kidney disease, cerebrovascular disorder, rheumatic disease, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, hypertension, or any other chronic diseases

4. Individuals who are taking "Foods for Specified Health Uses" or "Foods with Functional Claims"

5. Individuals who are taking medications (including herbal medicines) and supplements

6. Individuals who are allergic to medicines and/or the test food related products

7. Individuals who have chronic constipation or diarrhea

8. Individuals who have other diseases that may significantly affect bowel movement, or who have a medical history of them

9. Individuals who are taking medicines, health foods, "Foods for Specified Health Uses," or "Foods with Functional Claims," that may affect bowel movement / take foods fortified with ingredients affecting bowel movement (e.g., fermented foods such as natto, kimchi, and pickles and foods fortified with dietary fiber)

10. Individuals who are pregnant, lactating, or planning to become pregnant during this study

11. Individuals who have been enrolled in other clinical studies within the last 28 days before the agreement to participate in this study or plan to participate another study during this study

12. Individuals who are judged as ineligible to participate in this study by the physician
